FAQs

Corporate & Group Insurance questions

What is the minimum group size for group health insurance?

Many insurers offer group health cover for as few as 7–10 employees, though terms improve with larger groups. Tell us your headcount and we'll check options.

Is Employee's Compensation insurance mandatory?

Employers are legally liable to pay compensation for work-related injury or death under the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923. Insurance transfers this financial liability to an insurer and is often required by principal employers and in contracts.

Can we cover employees' parents under group health?

Yes, many group policies allow parents to be added, sometimes with a separate sum insured or employee contribution. We'll structure what works for your budget.

What does D&O insurance cover?

Directors & Officers liability insurance protects directors and managers against personal liability and defence costs for alleged wrongful acts in managing the company.

We are a small business. Is this relevant for us?

Absolutely. A single accident at your premises or a hospitalised employee can be a big financial hit. We design simple, affordable programmes for SMEs.
