Escalation Levels

How your complaint is handled

We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days of receipt.

Complaints about a claim decision or policy terms are ultimately decided by the insurance company. We will take up your complaint with the insurer and help you escalate if needed.

Grievance Officer

If you are not satisfied with the response, or have not heard back within 14 days, write to our Grievance Officer at avs.brokers@gmail.com with the subject "Grievance Escalation", or call 93067 50029. You can also write to our Registered Office: 1525, Sector-14, Hisar.

IRDAI – Bima Bharosa

If your complaint is not resolved, you can register it with IRDAI's Bima Bharosa grievance portal at bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in, call the IRDAI toll-free number 155255 / 1800 4254 732, or email complaints@irdai.gov.in.

Level4

Insurance Ombudsman

For complaints against an insurer (for example about a claim), you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman if the insurer rejects your complaint, doesn't respond within 30 days, or you're unsatisfied with its reply, within one year of that reply. Find your Ombudsman at cioins.co.in.
